Web2Agents Terms of Service

These Terms explain how you can use Web2Agents (web2agents.com) and what you get when you buy the AI-Ready Kit or the AI Competitor Analysis. By using the website, requesting a free scan or buying a product, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Who we are
Web2Agents is an online service based in Portugal that checks how ready a website is for AI search, AI assistants and AI agents. You can reach us through our contact form. We don't offer support by email.

2. What we offer
- Free scan: you submit a website address and your email, and within seconds we show your homepage's score across 6 AI-readiness areas on screen, with a link to share the report. It's free. To run it, you agree to receive occasional emails from Web2Agents (AI-visibility tips, new solutions and relevant articles); you can unsubscribe at any time.
- AI-Ready Kit: a one-off digital product for one website. It contains a PDF report (36 checks on up to 25 pages of your site), a robots.txt file, llms.txt and llms-full.txt files, schema (JSON-LD) snippets and INSTALL.md with installation steps. You receive it as a ZIP download link by email.
- AI Competitor Analysis: a one-off digital report for one website that shows which businesses AI assistants recommend for your customers' questions, compares your AI-readiness with up to 3 competitors and estimates what you may be losing. You receive it as a private link by email (see section 8).
- Free tools and guides on this website, such as the robots.txt + llms.txt generator and the Education Hub.
We don't offer user accounts, subscriptions or plans.

3. Using the service
Only submit websites you own or are allowed to analyse. Don't use Web2Agents to harm or overload websites, to get around security measures, or for anything unlawful. We only fetch publicly accessible pages; we never log in or access private areas. We may refuse or stop a scan that looks abusive.

4. Price and payment
The AI-Ready Kit and the AI Competitor Analysis are one-time payments for one website, with no subscription. Current prices are shown on the kit page (€19 launch price at the time of writing) and the AI Competitor Analysis page (€10), and include VAT where applicable.
Payments are handled by Stripe through its Managed Payments service. For these purchases Stripe, through its Link service, may act as the merchant of record or reseller: your purchase may appear as "Sold through Link", and Stripe processes the payment, calculates and collects VAT, sends your receipt and handles payment-related questions and disputes. We provide the products and product support. Stripe's own terms also apply to the payment.

5. Delivery
AI-Ready Kit: after payment we analyse your website and email you a download link, usually within minutes; larger sites can take a little longer. The link stays valid for 14 days, so please save the ZIP. Make sure your email address is correct and check your spam folder. For the AI Competitor Analysis, see section 8.

6. Your right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)
For the AI-Ready Kit: the kit is digital content that we start producing and deliver straight after payment. When you buy, you expressly agree that we start immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has started. This doesn't affect your rights if the kit isn't delivered or is defective (see section 7). For the AI Competitor Analysis, see section 8.

7. Refunds
For the AI-Ready Kit: if our analysis can't reach your site, or your kit doesn't arrive or is defective (for example, files are missing or corrupted), contact us through the contact form and include the email you paid with. We'll first try to fix the problem, for example by helping you allow access and re-running the analysis. If we still can't deliver a working kit, we'll refund you in full, to your original payment method through Stripe. Apart from this, and except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

8. AI Competitor Analysis
What it is. The AI Competitor Analysis is a one-off digital report for one website. We ask AI assistants the kind of questions your customers would ask, in the language you choose, and show which businesses they recommend. We compare your website's AI-readiness with up to 3 competitors (chosen by you, or found by us) and give an estimated range of what you may be losing. The report lists the AI assistants that were tested. Results reflect the answers we received at the time of the analysis; AI answers change over time and we can't guarantee a specific result. The "what you may be losing" figures are estimates based on stated assumptions, not a forecast or a promise.

Price. €10, VAT included, one-time payment. Payment is handled by Stripe as described in section 4.

Delivery. We email you a private link to your report within 24 to 48 hours of your payment being confirmed. The link stays valid for 90 days from the day we first deliver it (the AI-Ready Kit's link is valid for 14 days); please save or print the report if you want to keep it longer. Make sure your email address is correct and check your spam folder.

Your right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers). The report is digital content that we start preparing straight after payment. Before you pay, you must tick a box confirming that you want us to start right away and that you understand you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the report is delivered. We keep a record of that confirmation with your order and repeat it in the email that delivers your report.

Refunds. If we can't deliver your report, or it doesn't match this description, contact us through the contact form and include the email you paid with. We'll first try to fix the problem, for example by redoing the analysis. If we still can't deliver your report, we'll refund you in full, to your original payment method through Stripe. Apart from this, and except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

9. What the kit is, and isn't
The kit is based on an automated analysis of your publicly accessible pages at the time of the scan. It gives you recommendations and ready-to-use files, but we can't guarantee a specific result, such as rankings, traffic, or how a particular AI system treats your site. You decide which files to install and should review them before publishing. llms.txt is an emerging convention that not every AI tool supports yet.

10. Intellectual property
You keep all rights to your website and its content. You may use the report and files we create for your site for that website. The Web2Agents website, software, design and brand remain ours.

11. Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost data), and our total liability for a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. The Terms in force when you made your purchase apply to that purchase.

14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Porto, unless consumer law gives you the right to go to the courts where you live.
